Order Processing & Delivery

Once you place an order with Exaltum, we ensure it goes through a smooth and efficient process:

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after successfully placing your order.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our trusted delivery partners work to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. In case of any issues related to the delivery address or timing, our team or delivery partners may contact you for assistance.

Exaltum currently offers shipping across India as well as selected international locations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, logistics delays, customs clearance, or regional restrictions.

Delivery Areas & Service Interruptions

While we aim to deliver to most locations, certain regions may occasionally experience temporary shipping restrictions due to operational challenges, natural events, customs regulations, or other unforeseen situations. If your order is impacted, our customer support team will contact you with further updates.

Address & Pincode Changes

Before Dispatch

If you need to update your shipping address or pincode before dispatch, please contact us at care@exaltum.co as soon as possible.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the shipment is undeliverable, it may be returned to us by the courier partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless communicated otherwise.

Unforeseen Delivery Issues

If you are unable to receive your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at care@exaltum.co. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to place delivery holds or make modifications to the shipment process.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

All applicable charges, including taxes and shipping fees (if any), will be clearly displayed during checkout. There are no hidden charges.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
