Reporting an Issue

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product received
An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered for exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer an exchange only in the following situation:

  • You receive a product that is different from the product you ordered.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.

Verification Process

After receiving your request, our team will review the details within 24–48 working hours.

If required, we may request additional information or images to verify the claim. Once approved, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp regarding the exchange process.

Exchange Process

If Reverse Pickup is Available
  • A pickup will be arranged from your location.
  • Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once the incorrect product is collected, the correct product will be dispatched.
If Reverse Pickup is Not Available
  • You may be requested to ship the product to our designated address.
  • Detailed shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
  • Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will dispatch the correct item.

No Return Policy

Exaltum does not accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction
  • Delay in delivery due to courier services
  • Any reason other than receiving a wrong product

No Refund Policy

Exaltum follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be provided for any order once it has been processed, shipped, or delivered. The only resolution available for eligible cases is an exchange for the correct product when an incorrect item has been delivered.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging or tags (where applicable)
  • Failure to provide sufficient proof of receiving the incorrect product

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth resolution process:

Check your order immediately upon delivery.

Retain the product, packaging, invoice, and shipping label until the issue is resolved.

These steps help us validate claims quickly and process exchanges efficiently.
